Terms & Conditions

Welcome to WIZAHUB. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WIZAHUB’s website, mobile apps, platform services, community features, trade-management tools, copy-trading systems, education materials, ranking and compensation systems, and any other products or services offered by WIZAHUB (collectively, the “Service”).

By registering for an account, subscribing for a package, connecting a trading account, or otherwise using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Service.


1. Definitions

  • WIZAHUB, “we”, “us” or “our” — WIZAHUB Ltd and its affiliates, operators and licensors.
  • User, “you”, or “member” — any person who registers for or uses the Service.
  • Account Officer / Instructor / Staff — persons appointed by WIZAHUB to provide support, training, trade setups, or account assistance.
  • Master / Community Account — accounts used by WIZAHUB for copy-trading, demonstrations, or community trading.
  • PV — point value used for rank/compensation calculations as described in WIZAHUB compensation documentation.
  • Package — any paid activation/subscription product (e.g., Wiza Lite, Wiza Express, Wiza Ultimate).

2. Scope of Services

WIZAHUB provides educational content, community groups, trade setups, copy-trading connections (external and internal), automated trade-management tools, ranking and compensation systems, and related services. Specific features available to you depend on the package you purchase and the permissions you grant when connecting trading accounts or subscribing to add-ons.


3. Account Registration & KYC

  1. You must be at least 18 years old to register.
  2. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering and to update your information promptly.
  3. For certain services (e.g., instructor roles, account management, payouts, or copy-trading), WIZAHUB requires identity verification (KYC). You must provide government ID and any requested supporting documents. Failure to complete KYC may prevent use of certain features or payouts.

4. Trading Accounts & Copy Trading

  1. When connecting a trading account for copy-trading you may be asked to provide an investor login, API key, or other access info. You remain the owner and controller of your trading account and you authorize WIZAHUB only to push signals or manage trades to the extent described in product settings.
  2. WIZAHUB does not have access to withdraw funds from your connected trading account unless you expressly grant such permission tbr/ough a separate written agreement. WIZAHUB is not a custodian of user funds.
  3. Copy-trading and trade management involve risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. WIZAHUB does not guarantee profits. You accept full responsibility for the risks of trading and for any losses incurred.

5. Payments, Commissions & PVs

  1. Payment terms for Packages and Services will be displayed at purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly set out in any separate refund policy.
  2. Referral commissions, PV allocations, and ranking rewards are paid and calculated per the published compensation plan. WIZAHUB reserves the right to audit, adjust or withhold payments for suspected abuse, fraud, or manipulation.
  3. Commission and PV payments derived from platform activities (renewals, subscriptions, class fees, software activations, etc.) will be allocated up to tbr/ee generations according to the compensation plan. WIZAHUB may change allocation percentages, PV values, or qualification tbr/esholds at its discretion with notice.

6. Instructors, Account Officers & Staff Rules

  1. Instructors and Account Officers must complete KYC and sign WIZAHUB agreements before receiving instructor/status benefits.
  2. Instructors and staff must follow WIZAHUB standards: share clear trading setups with reasoning, be professional in community interactions, and attend scheduled sessions.
  3. Instructors and staff must not solicit members for private paid services (account management, signals, investment programs) separate from WIZAHUB. Doing so is grounds for immediate removal and possible legal action.
  4. Payouts for instructors and staff may be subject to withdrawal restrictions — a percentage lock, weekly limits, or performance-based reductions — as published by WIZAHUB. Instructors and staff will only be able to view permitted payout balances; overall platform balances remain private.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

  1. All content provided by WIZAHUB (course materials, tools, branding, UI, software, documentation) is owned or licensed by WIZAHUB and protected by intellectual property laws.
  2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from WIZAHUB content except with express written permission.
  3. By posting user-generated content (messages, setups, analyses) you grant WIZAHUB a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display and use that content for platform purposes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) engage in fraud, misrepresentation or manipulation; (b) abuse, harass, or tbr/eaten others; (c) use the Service for illegal activities; (d) attempt to reverse engineer platform technology; (e) share private investor logins or encourage members to circumvent platform controls; (f) impersonate another person. Violations may result in suspension, termination, forfeiture of benefits, and legal action.


9. Risk Disclosure & No Advice

  1. WIZAHUB provides educational content and automated trade tools but does not provide personalized investment advice unless a separate advisory agreement is in place.
  2. Trading leveraged instruments (forex, indices, crypto, options) carries substantial risk. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose. WIZAHUB is not responsible for trading losses.

10. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund, cancellation, and chargeback policies are published separately and apply to each package. WIZAHUB may refuse refunds for misuse, fraud, or breaches of these Terms.


11. Suspension & Termination

WIZAHUB may suspend or terminate accounts for policy breaches, suspicious activity, or legal reasons. Upon termination, access to services and unpaid benefits may be revoked. WIZAHUB reserves the right to recover funds wrongfully obtained.


12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  1. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” WIZAHUB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  2. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIZAHUB, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES IS LIMITED to the AMOUNT YOU PAID WIZAHUB IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS (OR USD $100 IF NO PAYMENTS).

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless WIZAHUB and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable lawyers’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or violation of law.


14. Privacy

WIZAHUB collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Service you consent to the collection and use of personal data in accordance with that policy.


15. Changes to the Service or Terms

WIZAHUB may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes to Terms will be posted with reasonable notice. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.


16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction — e.g., “Lagos State, Nigeria” or the company’s place of incorporation]. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved by [insert dispute mechanism: courts of jurisdiction / binding arbitration] as selected by WIZAHUB in accordance with applicable law.


17. Notices

Official notices to users will be sent via the email associated with your account or posted on the platform. Notices to WIZAHUB should be sent to: support@wizahub.com or by mail to [WIZAHUB Ltd, Address].


18. Miscellaneous

  1. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.
  2. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
  3. No waiver of any provision will be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of WIZAHUB.
